Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, protect, and share the information you give us. Effective September 2, 2026.
Who we are
Palmieri Insurance Solutions LLC (“Palmieri Insurance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent insurance brokerage licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We help individuals and families compare and enroll in Medicare, life insurance, health insurance, and annuity products.
This policy explains what we collect when you use palmieriinsurancesolutions.com, call or text us, or submit one of our forms, and what we do with it. It applies to our website and our direct communications with you. It does not govern the separate privacy practices of the insurance carriers you ultimately enroll with, each of which maintains its own policy.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your question, prepare a quote, or service a policy. That includes:
- Contact information you submit — name, email address, mailing ZIP code, and mobile or landline phone number.
- Eligibility information needed to quote coverage accurately — date of birth or age, ZIP code, current enrollment status, and the type of coverage you are interested in.
- Information you volunteer in a message, on a call, or during an appointment, which may include details about your household, your budget, your current plan, your prescriptions, or your health.
- SMS consent records — if you opt in to text messages, we record that you checked the box, the exact consent language shown to you, and the date and time you agreed.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and pages visited.
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or payment card details through this website. Applications requiring that information are completed directly with the insurance carrier through their own secure systems.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your question, quote request, or appointment request.
- Compare plans across the carriers we represent and present options that fit your situation.
- Help you enroll in a plan and submit the application to the carrier you choose.
- Service your policy after enrollment, including annual plan reviews and renewal check-ins.
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages.
- Send service updates and, where you have consented, information about products and enrollment periods that may benefit you.
- Meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations as a licensed insurance producer.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to data brokers or lead aggregators.
SMS and text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you are opting in to receive recurring text messages from Palmieri Insurance about your insurance inquiry, appointments, services, and promotional offers.
- Consent is never required. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can work with us entirely by phone and email.
- Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and where you are in the enrollment process.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages unless you opt in again.
- For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (412) 953-2830 or palmieriinsurance@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery is not guaranteed on every network.
The following applies to all mobile information collected through this site:
Health information
Quoting Medicare and health coverage sometimes requires discussing your prescriptions, your doctors, or your health conditions. We treat that information as confidential, collect only what a carrier requires to underwrite or price your coverage, and share it only with the carriers you have asked us to approach.
We never use health information for advertising or promotional targeting, and we do not disclose it to anyone outside the enrollment process without your permission.
How long we keep information
We keep client and applicant records for as long as we service your policy and afterward for the period Pennsylvania insurance regulations require producers to retain records. SMS consent records are retained for as long as you remain opted in and for a reasonable period afterward so we can demonstrate that consent was properly obtained and honored.
Your choices and rights
- Ask us what information we hold about you and request a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to the recordkeeping obligations we are legally required to meet as a licensed producer.
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.

To exercise any of these, call (412) 953-2830 or email palmieriinsurance@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
